Yoann.info: the website
If you think lawyers are always dusty and work in old-fashioned offices with papers all over the place, you may be wrong. Things have changed quite a lot over the last decade, and some lawyers now offer their services entirely online. We call it a VLO: a Virtual Law Office (basically, an online law firm!)

Yoann holds a J.D. from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global and an LL.M. in International Legal Practice from the University of Law (London, UK). He is a member of the State Bar of California.
After over 15 years as an IT engineer and entrepreneur, Yoann wanted to share his experience and bring both his legal and technical expertise to the new generation of high-tech entrepreneurs starting-up new innovative businesses.
Convinced that at the time of cloud computing and massive "uberization" it was essential to adapt legal practice to the 21st century and offer legal advice in the way high-tech entrepreneurs were used to offering their own services, Yoann decided to launch a Virtual Law Office.
